Hazy Mills has also sold scripted pilots to CBS, ABC, FOX, CW, Showtime, FX, TruTv, UPN, TBS, SYFY and Bravo. It currently has a 10-episode series order from Netflix for Q-Force, an animated LGBTQ adult spy comedy, which will be produced in conjunction with Mike Schur's Fremulon and written by Gabe Liebman. Connell has served as a producer on the SAG Awards since its inception in 1995, when she led a small group of Screen Actors Guild Board members who devised the plans for a televised awards show based on actors honoring their union peers, including the innovative and distinctive ensemble categories. Connell is executive producer, awards and national programming, for SAG-AFTRA. In this role, she serves as liaison to the SAG-AFTRA Foundation and oversees SAG-AFTRA's Special Projects Department, in addition to working on many other SAG-AFTRA initiatives. She is a member of the Producers Guild of America and the Television Academy's Producers Peer Group. "The SAG Awards has always been 'The actors' party in the actors' house.' That's especially true this year, with Sean having won four SAG Awards," said Connell. "I have really enjoyed working with Todd and Sean. Ideas fly and we laugh all of the time." The vision for the show is developed by the SAG Awards Committee, which consists of Chair JoBeth Williams, Vice Chair Daryl Anderson, Jason George, Woody Schultz and Elizabeth McLaughlin.
