Chang's China Bistro and The Kona Grill. I think of it as the Land of Many Golf Courses. And a locale that's so infernal come the summer, locals will offer dissertations on the fine art of opening car doors without burning your hands. But that would be missing the forest for the trees (or is it the trees for the forest). For Phoenix-Scottsdale is also home to some of the most innovative restaurants in America.
