I have been on many creative projects, and none
of them presented the simple but meticulous
challenge of Ambitions. Along with Will Packer
Media and Lionsgate, Oprah Winfrey and the
OWN network sought to create a show centered
on the real and current world of Atlanta politics
and business. The southern part of the United
States, particularly Atlanta, Georgia, has long been
considered the epicenter of cultural beginnings in
civil rights and human rights in America. It also
has been a place where African-American culture,
through academics, prosperity and religion, has
thrived. It is no surprise that ATLANTA became
number .5 on the call sheet. Oftentimes a city
