many foreign owners who don't speak English and are very
difficult to track down. Asking for road closures in Honolulu
is also very difficult—there are too many people and cars.
Oahu is at maximum saturation. Another new issue is
mainland and foreign corporations buying hotels and
businesses in Hawaii and wanting outrageous location fees.
It's really important to work with local Hawaii production
people to see the 'quicksand' before you fall into it!!
