BACARDI SPIRITS 93 Oxley Classic Whisky ($30) Smooth and rich with sweet toasted oak and creamy texture; very mellow and nicely balanced with lovely 91 bourbon notes and easy elegance. DIAGEO NORTH AMERICA 92 Zaya Rum, Guatemala ($48) Mellow and toasted with lovely spice and tropical fruit with a rich, complex flavor that hints at treacle and butterscotch; robust yet subtle and showing a discreet amount of heat on the finish. INFINIUM SPIRITS Indian Whisky ($62) Single malt from India? Yep. Smooth and mellow with ripe toasted malt and nice wood notes with vanilla, dried fruits and thick texture; rich and complex. PURPLE VALLEY IMPORTS 90 & Heroes Single Malt, Ireland ($89) Golden amber color; vanilla nose; creamy, lush and showing vanilla oak, 93 spice and toffee with soft fruits and caramel; long, rich and lovely. ADMIRAL IMPORTS Wild Geese Irish Soldiers Amrut “Fusion” Single Malt Crown Royal Black Canadian ($47) A unique orange and cinchona bitter; strong with notes of citrus, earth and forest floor; sweet, 90 rich and botanical with a long, lingering aftertaste.
