At the end of March, costume ILL Phillip Boutté Jr. was invited to do a workshop in Florence, Italy, by Schoolism, the first online school for Concept Art, created by Bobby Chiu. He was honored to take part in the two-day workshop, alongside several very talented, well-known concept artists. Boutté's workshop focused on what it is like to collaborate with a Costume Designer, character thumb- nail ideation, creating variations of costumes based on a singular idea, and overall conceptual workflow. There is only one school in Florence that teaches concept art so the stu- dents were ecstatic to be able to par- ticipate in such a workshop. BFN - EVENTS
