For the 20th anniversary and theatrical re-release of the provoca-
tive film, Cruel Intentions, CD Denise Wingate has been doing
a plethora of interviews. Read about the delicious details in

CD Ane Crabtree was interviewed by REAL|life Magazine for the
article "D Is for Design" in March. reallifemagazine.co.za. The March
issue of Variety also ran a piece "Why the Smithsonian Chose to
Enshrine Handmaid's
Tale Servant Costume." It
states, "The producers are
understandably proud of
the display. 'Telling good
stories drives everything
we do,' says MGM Presi-
dent of TV Production &
Development Steve Stark.
'For a show to have cap-
tured that timeliness in a

Netflix/Ion held a diversity and inclu-
sion event with CD Ane Crabtree
and ACD Amy Parris.
At the end of March, costume ILL
Phillip Boutté Jr. was invited to
do a workshop in Florence, Italy, by
Schoolism, the first online school for
Concept Art, created by Bobby Chiu.
He was honored to take part in the
two-day workshop, alongside several
very talented, well-known concept
artists. Boutté's workshop focused on
what it is like to collaborate with a
Costume Designer, character thumb-
nail ideation, creating variations of
costumes based on a singular idea,
and overall conceptual workflow.
There is only one school in Florence
that teaches concept art so the stu-
dents were ecstatic to be able to par-
ticipate in such a workshop.
