Mary Vogt, Crazy Rich Asians T he opening of the 27th Annual "Art of Motion Picture Costume Design" exhi- bition, FIDM Museum, Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, Los Angeles, was a dazzling evening. CDG Award nominees and members, Oscar nominees and our friends at FIDM toasted our mutual passion for the art of Costume Design. It was a delight to take in the art- istry of members and nominees first- hand, from Alexandra Byrne's sexy take on the 15th century in denim for Mary Queen of Scots, Paco Delgado's bewitching textures for A Wrinkle in Time, and Mary Vogt's imaginative silhouettes in the chic garments for Crazy Rich Asians among many others.
