NEA President Lily Eskelsen GarcĂ­a participated in the fourth annual Jazz and Friends National Day of School and Community Readings event at Ashlawn Elementary School. The event, sponsored by NEA and the Welcoming Schools Program at the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation, supports our nation's transgender and non-binary students. 6
