Around AEA
has always had one job – to secure
permanent, full funding for public
education in Arizona. The removal of our
initiative from the ballot does not erase the
funding needs of our students. We're still
below 2008 levels and Arizona politicians
have not offered any real, sustainable
solutions to this crisis.
Over the last six months, AEA has
supported the #RedforEd movement and
built a wave of education activists through
the #INVESTinED campaign. In order to
create the schools we want for our children
and professions, we need to build on our
power.
