Stephanie Franz, executive pastry chef at the Strand House demonstrated making a Flourless Chocolate Meringue Torte. Guest speaker, Melanie Friedlander, MD, spoke about Torrance Memorial's affiliation with Cedars-Sinai, why she joined the Ambassadors program and her pride in being a physician at Torrance Memorial.
