Now, Hear This! compression, very slight. I don’t have to over process or specifically enhance anything because the tracks are recorded so pristinely. The main element of the surrounds in the 5.1 mix is the audience. I want it to sound like you are right there in the Apollo Theater.” Pelino mixes on Meyer HD1 speakers, which are in all of the audio rooms at the Creative Group. “All four rooms are wired with full Dolby gear and we deliver a Dolby E-encoded 5.1 mix and stereo mix for the show.We are running Pro Tools|HD 8 with Pro Control or D- Command, depending on the room.
