March 8-10, 2013 • Louisville, Kentucky members with additional opportunities for skills development and networking at the national level. The conference program offers 5 pre-conference training sessions and more than 48 workshops addressing ESP issues and Association leadership development. Over 1,000 participants are expected at this year's conference. The ESP National Conference is NEA's premier event for ESP members nationwide. It is where NEA announces the recipient of the ESP of the Year Award and provides our GENERAL INFORMATION Registration The conference registration fee includes a recep- tion, dinner, and entertainment on Friday, a continental breakfast and lunch on Saturday, and brunch on Sunday. Host Hotel Lodging Louisville Marriott Downtown Hotel 280 West Jefferson Louisville, KY 40202 Check-in: 4:00 p.m. • Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Conference participants can make hotel reserva- tions for the Louisville Marriott Downtown Hotel by calling 502-627-5045 and referencing the "NEA ESP National Conference" to receive the special conference rate of $139 plus tax. To receive the NEA ESP National Conference rate, you must reserve your room by February 11, 2013. Host hotel parking costs range from $21.00 a day for self-parking to $25.00 a day for valet parking. Both servic- es include in-and-out garage privileges. Off-site parking is available for $5-$10 a day. Louisville Marriott's Wired for Everything Plan is the only Internet plan offered by the hotel. For a daily rate of $12.95 this plan includes guestroom high-speed Internet access, unlimited local and long-distance calls (within the country) are available. Wireless Internet is available for FREE in the hotel lobby for registered guests. Airport Taxi and Shuttle Services Taxi service from the airport to the hotel is the ONLY mode of public transportation available. Taxi services range approximately $18 - $24 each way. There are no shuttle services at the Louisville airport.
