Côtes du Rhône Villages Puymeras, Cellier Les Dauphins 2014 Les Dauphins Red 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Carignan Purple plum, blackberry, figs, wet earth, granite; full-bodied and very ripe; decadent. STATION 2 Crozes-Hermitage, Cave de Tain 2015 Grand Classique White 100% Marsanne Yellow apple, orchard blossoms, wasabi undertone, celery salt; fresh and clean with a medium body; lovely with the beef tartare canape. Gigondas, Ogier 2014 Dentellis Red 60% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 15% Mourvèdre Stewed cherries, ripe figs, bit - tersweet chocolate, cinnamon, and pastry; rich, ripe wine with acidity to balance the finish. Crozes-Hermitage, Vidal Fleury 2014 Red 100% Syrah Cranberries, pomegranates, turned earth, smoked meat, saddle leather ; medium body with a balance between the fruit and the earth. STATION 3 Ventoux, Château Pesquié 2014 Artemia Red 50% Syrah, 50% Grenache Red plum skin, red apple, white chocolate, barnyard; more prevalent tannins and balancing acidity. Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise, Vidal Fleury 2014, Natural Sweet Wine 100% Muscat à petits grains Flowers, flowers, flowers with a backdrop of apricot and white peach; shows richness on the palate without being cloying.
