P E R S P E C T I V E | N OV E M B E R / D E C E M B E R 2 0 1 7 33 A North Carolina native, Jubilate Cox began her studies in the arts as a painting and sculpture student. After a period of creating installation art exhibits, Cox reoriented her eye toward designing for film and television. Jubilate holds a BFA in Production Design from the UNC School of the Arts, as well as an MFA in Production Design from the American Film Institute Conservatory. Jubilate was recently selected as a 2017 Art Direction intern with the Television Academy Foundation. A design gypsy from a young age, Linia Hardy outgrew the Lone Star State in search of even greater creative challenges. She leapt into architectural and interior design, designing stages, houses and restaurants during her time at Tidewater Community College. Linia launched into Production Design with television commercials and several award-winning short films. Thirsting for bigger challenges, Linia hit the road to LA while developing her skills in drafting, set dressing and 3-D modeling, and has been working in Art Departments across town ever since.
