If you thought there was a lot of action on the 6th and 7th then get ready for the 8th, which will host three events of it's own. A Pot Limit Omaha 8 or Better event will open things up at 3PM for a buy in of $200 plus fees. Also a buy in of $100 plus fees will get you access to the H.O.R.S.E event which features the games Hold 'em/Omaha/Razz/7-Card Stud Hi/7-Card Stud Eight or Better which starts at 5 PM. The only other opportunity for this H.O.R.S.E event will be on the 12th at 3 PM with the same buy in price. The night ends with a Mexican Poker tournament starting at 7 PM. Buy in for this tournament is once again $100 and offers a little something different to those looking for a little excitement. Perhaps one of the most important tournaments of the classic is the tournament that is set to take place on April 10th. This is the Smile Train Poker Tournament which is hosted by Dr. Jerry Buss where 100% of the $250 buy in goes to charity. Over $25,000 in Laker prizes will be given away including everything from signed jerseys and gear to floor seats to a game. Following closely on the heels of the charity tournament will be two days of re-entry events on the 11th and 12th with a buy in of $200 plus fees and $100,000 guaranteed. On the 13th the Bike will host America's Poker Classic one and only Limit Hold 'Em event starting at 3PM with a buy in of $100 plus fees. Then as the classic draws towards it's close the 14th and 15th will host the Bike's Mega Super Satellite-No Limit Hold 'em events. For a buy in of just $55 plus fees players receive access to games starting at 3PM and 5PM each day. Finally the 16th-18th of April will host the culmination of America's Poker Classic. April 16th and 17th will each host day 1 and day 2 of the No Limit Hold 'Em championship respectively. Buy in for both events is set at $500 plus fees and gives players the chance to win $250,000 guaranteed. The final day of play will start at 2PM on the 18th with the No Limit Hold 'Em event finals. America's Poker Classic is set to be some of the most exciting poker play in California in April featuring an array of gaming that will satisfy any and all poker appetites. Offering everything from charity tournaments and No Limit play, to Mexican and Chinese Poker events this classic is one of the years finest. With celebrity appearances in the Casino including the likes of Dr. Jerry Buss and Annie Duke, passing up America's Poker Classic would make you the April fool. 13 WRITER>>DANIEL ALBERT
