The area has gained greater recognition with each vintage, the wines popping up on wine lists and in retail shops across the country. What bet - ter way for buyers and sommeliers to explore Paso Robles wine country than a three-day immersive experience? This is the third year for our Paso Robles CAB Camp, hosted by the Paso Robles CAB Collective and co-sponsored by The Somm Journal. The region's abundant sunshine, maritime influence and enormous diurnal temperature swings create an ideal climate for the Bordeaux varieties grown here.
