"We see customers willing to venture to try rosé from other regions and countries, such as Burgundy as well as Italy." Sapori has long been a supporter of the Jadot wines, and welcomed the newest member of Jadot's portfolio with open arms. "The Jadot Rosé is a perfect fit here at Sapori," continues Eddie. "It is a rosé that is distinguished by its use of the Gamay grape, with a dryer-style. We feel that Louis Jadot always has their consumer in mind and doesn't overprice their wines. They produce high quality wine for good value, which is very much appreciated." With its refreshing and lively palate, and an SRP that is easy on the wallet, keep your eyes peeled for the head turning Jadot Rosé, making its way to a glass near you. "We felt that this bottle of wine is very crisp and dry; we thought it would be best to stay with lightly cooked shellfish and seafood to create an elegant pairing," explains Eddie of his pairing choice for the Jadot rosé. Maison Louis Jadot 2016 Rosé, Coteaux Bourguignons AOC (SRP $13.99) Zingy peach, melon and red tea combine on the nose and palate for a fresh and lively wine. White pear melds with a thread of white pepper towards the elegantly dry finish. 94 —Meridith May
