Among the top honorees were the casts of Hidden Figures, Stranger Things and Orange Is the New Black, as well as Denzel Washington and Emma Stone for their individual performances. But it wasn't just those who took home The Actor ® who had a good time; everyone enjoyed the opportunity to celebrate the craft of acting and rub shoulders with peers and good friends on the union's big night. The telecasts of the show on TBS and TNT drew more than 5 million viewers. That represented a 50-percent increase over last year among adults age 18-49, a 45-percent increase among those age 18-34 and total viewership was up 33 percent. SAG Awards engagement increased dramatically on social media, with 53 percent more Twitter posts than last year and 68 percent more on Facebook. SAG-AFTRA
