Herd yourself into the nearest Irish pub with what seems like the entire population of Ireland standing shoulder to shoulder, drink some green beer, pinch your friends that aren't attired in emerald garb and don a phony leprechaun accent while doing your best Lucky Charms impersonation. Boring! This year the LA casinos give you a different option. If it's true what they say, "Everyone's Irish on St. Patrick's Day", then why not put some of that luck 'o' the Irish to good use and play some of your favorite games at your local LA Casino!? Even better is that the LA Casino's are providing you with the Irish spirit the entire month of March. The Bicycle Casino in LA is bringing great gaming throughout March during their 21 st annual Winnin' O' The Green tournament. This tournament provides some of the best poker events in all of Southern California and they will be available throughout the month of March. Each event provides a separate twist, with varying pots and buy-ins to provide gaming for everyone regardless of time or budget. March 1 st and 2 nd start things off with No-Limit tournaments starting at 7PM. These tournaments, with buy-ins of $200 and $100 plus fees respectively, offer over $100,000 in prize money guaranteed. Then on March 3 rd ,the No-Limit action continues with No-Limit Bounty, where players get $25 for every bounty they knock out! Games start at 7PM and buy in is $125 plus fees. If you can't make this event, don't worry, because there will be another bounty event on March 10,14 and 21. At 4PM on the 4 th , the H.O.R.S.E tournament will feature games of Hold 'em, Omaha/Razz, 7-Card Stud Hi, and 7-Card Stud Eight or Better with a buy-in of just $100 plus fees. There will also be a H.O.R.S.E event held on the 16 th with a $200 plus fees buy-in. The first weekend of March will host a two -day tournament on the 5 th and 6 th . For a $200 buy-in plus fees, you get access to a $150,000 pot guaranteed and 10% of the field returns on Sunday to play for the money and gets at least double their buy-in.
