his past January, Educators Soaring with Aspiring Goals (eSWAG) leaders and NEA Project Staff Grant Wood, held
NEA's Degrees Not Debt trainings at AEA headquarters in Phoenix and at Northern Arizona University.
The trainings were well attended and provided resources and information to help educators make informed decisions
about their student loans. The trainings also provided train-the-trainer instructions so AEA members can conduct the
