tastingpanel T H E In 2016, rosé sales continued to outpace the rest of the wine industry, and we're now even drinking rosé consistently out- side the warmer summer months. But let's not chalk it up to the frosé (frozen rosé cocktails) and brosé (men "admitting" they like rosé) movements. Rosé, when it's well made, is a formidable wine category, not to mention immensely versatile—this is why we're seeing more and more of it, whether imported or being produced domestically.
