O'Farrell. In the mid-1960s, Jane moved to Hawaii and worked on Hawaii 5-O, but eventually returned to the mainland. She continued styling hair on various television series, then honorably withdrew in 1993. Jane Chabra was married to Local 705 costumer Gordon T. Dawson. Sadly, as they were sitting together on November 4, 2016, Jane passed suddenly. Efforts to revive her were unsuccessful. The exact cause of death is not known, and there are no services. Our hearts go out to her lov- ing husband, Gordon. Jane Chabra Dawson (1935–2016) Journeyman hair stylist Jane Chabra Dawson must have been quite the sensa- tion at the studios, with red hair and driving her Corvette. Jane started work- ing at all the major studios in the early 1960s, recommended for membership by none other than legendary hair stylist, Jean Burt Reilly. Jane's hair-styling abili- ties were shown both in television and the big screen. In the early '60s, she was the head hair stylist on The Untouchables TV series with actor Robert Stack. She then transitioned into feature fi lms with the ensemble cast of Bob Hope, Phyllis Diller, Elke Sommer and Bob Crane, and was credited as the hair stylist for Boy, Did I Get Danne Long Hayden (1948–2017) Danne Long Hayden began her career as an Associate member, working at CBS on daytime television, game shows and sitcoms. When she became a journeyman hair stylist, much of her work remained in the sitcom world. Three's Company, The Ropers, Double Trouble, The Facts of Life and numerous others kept Danne very busy with John Ritter, Suzanne Somers, Joyce DeWitt, Norman Fell and Audra Lindley, Barbara Eden and dozens of cast members. Sadly, her make-up part- ner on some of these shows was Brian McManus, who passed away last year. She moved into the world of prime-time episodic television series and displayed her talents on Dynasty and Columbo and Palmerstown, USA. Danne was plagued by health problems and withdrew from the industry and moved to climates more conducive to her well-being. After suf- fering two strokes, sister Long passed on January 1, 2017, in hospice and at home. She is survived by her hus- band Thomas G. Hayden and daughter Hannah J. Hayden. Local 706 was not informed of any services. In Memoriam
