Maker's Mark® Bourbon ◗ 1 quart Clover Organic Eggnog Mix Clover Eggnog and Maker's Mark® Bourbon together. Garnish each cup with nutmeg. Three ounce servings over ice per person, serves about 14 guests. Jim Beam Apple® Cider ◗ 1¼ oz. Jim Beam Apple® ◗ Apple cider, hot ◗ 1 dash allspice Add Jim Beam Apple® to a footed mug. Fill mug with hot apple cider and the dash of allspice. Garnish with a tall cinnamon stick and lemon slice. Maker's Mark Bourbon Whisky did double-duty, playing in both a Clover Eggnog cupcake as well as the Kentucky Eggnog cocktail. El Diablo Cocktail ◗ 1½ oz. El Tesoro® Platinum ◗ ¾ oz. fresh lime juice ◗ 3 oz. ginger beer (Fever-Tree brand preferred for its dry flavor profile) ◗ ½ oz. crème de cassis Build all ingredients over ice into a Collins glass, mix in well, top with additional ice until full, add a straw, and garnish with a lime wheel (slipped down the inside of the glass). Hornitos Black Barrel® Manhaan ◗ 3 oz. Hornitos® Black Barrel® Tequila ◗ 1 oz. sweet vermouth ◗ 2 dashes bitters ◗ Lemon peel Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a flamed lemon peel.
