He compiles his journey into the second volume of his journal, Jack's Black Book, a field guide highlighting the cities he visits across the country and spotlight- ing bartenders, their creations and their utilization of the various expressions of Jack Daniel's. "Jack is 150 years old, and I really want to explore all of the techniques that have come along in the past few years and how bartenders would work and experiment with the flavors that are unique to Jack," says Tecosky.
