In this role, Guy will man- age the winery's marketing depart- ment, overseeing paid, owned and earned media strategy, community and trade relations, branding and creative output, as well as the ideation and execution of marketing campaigns for Herzog and its onsite fine-dining restaurant, Tierra Sur. Delicato Family Vineyards appointed Nora Feeley as the newly cre- ated position of Senior Director, Communications. Reporting to Kate McManus, VP of Marketing and PR, Nora will lead the Delicato Family Vineyards' public relations and corporate communications initiatives out of their Napa office. Nora comes to Delicato with more than 20 years of communications experience. She has spent half of her career in the wine industry, leading communications efforts for Trinchero Family Estates and Constellation Brands, in addition to working with Kenwood Vineyards and Treasury Wine Estates during her tenure at J. Walter Thompson and Hill + Knowlton Strategies. Paso Robles, CA–based Re:Find Distillery recently hired San Francisco–trained mixologist Adam Scheiderer. Scheiderer's role is to assist with distilling and creating new products as Re:Find continues to grow its craft-distilling business. The Wild One 3 Badge Beverage Corporation is expanding its artisan spirits portfolio with the introduction of Bozal, a line of single-varietal mezcals. Bozal, made from wild Mexican agave, will be sold in select U.S. markets by the company's spirits division, 3 Badge Mixology. Bozal, which means "wild" or "untamed" in Spanish, references the wild species of agave grown in hard-to-reach, uncultivated hillsides of Oaxaca and Guerrero. The Bozal mezcals are made in small batches using the tra- ditional techniques of Mexico's mezcaleros resulting in an unadulterated style. The agave hearts are cooked in earthen pit ovens and later crushed and mashed by a stone tahona wheel. Open-air fermentation, relying only on native yeasts, allows the sugars to ferment naturally before the mezcal is processed through a double-distillation process. A Wonderful Landmark M ust! Must! is dedicated to improving the quality of life in San Luis Obispo County; the organization's success stories include CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Boys and Girls Club and a partnership with the Food Bank Coalition, which was recently completed.
