register to vote or make changes to your name,
address, or party affi liation.
Be sure to register before the deadline
on October 10!

Get on Permanent Early Voter List
Avoid lines at the polls by signing up to receive an
early ballot in the mail. Early ballots can be mailed in
or turned in at any polling location on Election Day.
Register to get on the Permanent Early Voter List and
you will receive an early ballot in every election.
1. Visit the Arizona Secretary of State's election
website at www.arizona.vote/home#1678087066
2. Find your county election offi ce in the list
3. Click on your county election offi ce's link for
"Permanent Early Ballot Request"
4. Fill out the form and return to your county
election offi ce
