But the education doesn't stop with the attending visitors and bartenders; one of the festival's biggest educations comes in the way of the prestigious CAP (Cocktail Apprentice Program) team, the behind-the-scenes men and women who work tirelessly to pull this massive event off without a hitch (Application info for the 2017 CAP program will be available by the end of the year at www.TalesofTheCocktail.com). With so much to learn, who has time for parties? Here's a look at two of our favorite education- driven moments from 2016. Bookish Breakfast If you like your breakfast served with a Powerpoint presentation side, Tales has got you covered. We were thrilled to visit the Vermouth:The Renaissance of an Ancient Recipe breakfast seminar presented by Antica Formula. Hosted by Fratelli-Branca USA Manager Edoardo Branca, sixth-generation Branca family member, the seminar took a look at the heritage of the company's vermouth portfolio, which includes bartender essentials like Punt e Mes, Antica Formula and Carpano Dry.
