His extensive collection of Chicano art influenced the bottle art- work. "I love the bottle decoration," Marin enthused. "We affectionately call the character on the front 'Koo-Koo Man.' The image is taken from a glass art sculpture that I have in my collection, made by the De La Torre brothers. It ties back to ancient Colombian artwork.
