•   ON THE ROAD WITH JACK •  PHOTO BY SCOTT MYERS I f you have met (or even seen) Eric Tecosky—ET for short—it wouldn't take long to guess that he was a Brand Ambassador for Jack Daniel's. Maybe it's the no-fuss five o'clock shadow or the worn-in Levi's, or maybe it's the fact that he seems to know everyone he passes. More than likely, it's the sum of all these parts and then some that make ET the epitome of cool and allow him to play the role of Jack Daniel's advocate so well. "I am by no means a fancy guy, but that doesn't mean I don't like quality things," ET explains. "I just like things that are tried and true—not just the new shiny thing." And with over 130 years of production under its belt, it's safe to say that Jack Daniel's fits ET's bill. Wherever he travels, he wants to educate bartenders and consumers that assume that because a brand is big, it is a sellout. He points out: "It's like JACK DANIEL'S AND ITS BRAND AMBASSADOR, ET, TAKE ON THE BIG EASY by Emily Coleman Tall, Cool One 1½ oz. Jack Daniel's 1 oz.
