Parker Jr. and Frank Schoonmaker. The following pages present highlights from the many seminars and tastings, expertly curated by the CIA's incredibly talented team: Bob Bath, MS, Professor, Wine and Beverage Studies; Christie Dufault, Associate Professor, Wine and Beverage Studies; Traci Dutton, Manager – Public Wine and Beverage Studies, along with a host of students and alumni of the CIA.
