Perched atop the Kimpton property The Donovan, lead bartender Matt Allred serves up a bevy of sum- mery beverages to guests splashing, sunning or soaking in the sunset views of Washington D.C.'s 14th Street corridor—perfect for washing down the Asian tacos and street food from Yo Matsuzaki, chef at the property's restaurant Zentan downstairs.
