COME GROW WITH US AIR PLANNING ADVISOR REQUIREMENTS: • Strong current knowledge of Sabre (will consider other GDS experience)/ Airline, destination, and air city code knowledge/ thorough understanding of airline tariffs and pricing, comprehension of airline contracts and airline routing • Profi cient on MS Offi ce, including Excel and Outlook/ Ability to communicate clearly • Responsible for a high volume of inbound calls servicing and accommodating custom air guests fl ights/Ensure all additional air charges are accurate and correct on all invoices/Air Planning Advisor is responsible for booking and pricing last minute air requests/Communicate status on requested tickets to all concerned parties • Reservations & customer service experience.
