The downstairs level includes a living room, dining room, half bath- room, and a full kitchen with Dacor and Sub-Zero appliances and serv- ice for eight. Th e serene neutral décor of the space is accentuated by playful pops of persimmon and turquoise; soothing taupe and gray tones are an ode to the natural beauty at nearby Niagara Falls and Lakes Erie and Ontario. The expansive seven-ft. dining room table is constructed of rus- tic natural oak beams and flanked by plush leather chairs. Art Deco- inspired mirrored dressers and desks, as well as replicas of 1920's antique polished nickel fixtures, add a touch of glamour to the space.
