Metz Road was created out of our desire to express the
unique terroir of a single vineyard site. From early
morning hand-harvesting, hand-sorting of the fruit at
the winery, hand punchdowns during fermentation, and
aging in 100% French oak barrels, the utmost care and
attention is given at each step. The result is a wine of
balance and harmony that exudes the essence of place.
