INDUSTRY SPOTLIGHT In Memoriam A sixth generation Barossan, Doug Lehmann—Deputy Chairman of Peter Lehmann Wines, past Managing Director and son of founder Peter Lehmann—passed away in late June at his Barossa home. He was 62. Doug joined Peter Lehmann Wines in 1990 and opened markets in Europe and USA. He also established Peter Lehmann Wines as one of Australia's most respected wine producers. Away from the wine industry, Doug was passionate about cars and fundraising for great causes, including the children's charity Variety Bash.
