Wilson, a member of the business community who fi nished his career as sales director at Link Elec- tronics and founded a displays business, Anna Valley, decided in 1990 that IBC had become limited by its venue in Brighton, and began to create a plan to move the organization to the next level. He became chair of IBC, and when he passed the mantle on, was given the title of president.
