Dan Dunn pens his enormously popular "Imbiber" column for the world's most iconic and recognizable magazine, Playboy. Dan's work has appeared in numerous high-profile publications, including GQ, USA Today, Maxim, the Los Angeles Times, LA Style, Entertainment Weekly, Hemi- spheres and Hosiery & Underwear magazine (seriously!). His website, www.theimbiber.net, is a popular destination for adult beverage enthusiasts the world over. His critically ac- claimed semi-fictional memoir, Nobody Likes a Quitter (and other reasons to avoid rehab), was published in November 2007 by Perseus Books. David Mahoney has written for a variety of national and regional magazines, including Acura Style, The History Channel Magazine, Delta Sky and Esquire. He was a senior editor at Sunset, one of the country's leading regional maga- zines, and was the editor of Minnesota Monthly. He was also the founding editor of Drinks and Real Food magazines, and serves as a judge for the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Kerry Newberry chases stories about people through wine, food and spirits. An East Coaster at heart, she landed in Portland, Oregon for graduate school. After countless truck rides through the Willamette Valley and weekend dates with the farmer's market, she fell for the Pacific Northwest. Marlene Rossman is President of wine education and consulting firm Manhattan Wine Seminars, LLC and is an instructor in the University of California-Irvine Wine Certificate Program. Marlene is the wine columnist for Chef magazine. She was formerly a sommelier at the French Culinary Institute, NYC, and Laguna Culinary Arts, Laguna Beach, CA. Wilfred Wong, Cellarmaster for BevMo!, a retailer with 100 stores in California and Arizona, is a 35-year wine industry professional who describes his job as one of extreme research. Wong tastes as much as 10,000 wines annu- ally, judges in competitions worldwide and travels aboard frequently. He lives in San Francisco with his wife, Alice, and dog, Cody.
