celebrate the actor Choose Who Receives The Actor! I n a year filled with great television and film performances, it's hard to choose the best. But that's the difficult task being asked of SAG-AFTRA members, who have to choose who deserves to take home The Actor® at this year's Screen Actors Guild Awards®, the first and only televised awards show in which actors' peers exclusively choose and honor their fellow performers. The SAG Awards® were created by members, for members. HERE'S HOW IT WORKS The 20th Annual SAG Awards Nominating Committees — one for motion pictures and one for primetime television — are randomly selected from paid- 17 SAG-AFTRA | Special Issue 2014 | SAGAFTRA.org up, active SAG-AFTRA members. Each committee is made up of 2,200 members from across the United States and is reconstituted each spring. Their nominations were announced on Dec. 11. Now it's your turn to vote! On Dec. 16, all paid-up members in good standing who reside in the United States were mailed a postcard with the secure Web address of our online voting application.
