Asturias:
Spain's Next Production Standout
"Both Carolina Yepes/Feria de Valladolid and Javier
Bouzas/Asturias Film Commission outdid themselves;
both the Fam Tour and the SLM were, once again, very
well coordinated. We were shown many photogenic, film-
friendly locations, including Pozo Sotón, a 500m-deep
former coal mining pit with over 140 kilometres of
underground galleries. We are all looking for that one
location you cannot find elsewhere, and the Asturias
locations we saw I will very much keep in mind
for possible future projects."
