Building the Future Together No Production Designer works alone. If Alien: Earth possesses a strong visual identity, it is because of an extraordinary international team. Across three studios and sixteen stages, artists, designers, craftspeople and technicians from Thailand, the United Kingdom, Germany and many other countries contributed their talents. My deepest thanks go to set decorators Mark Rosinski and Warakarn "War" Waruttamangkoon, whose work brought extraordinary richness and authenticity to every environment. To Supervising Art Directors Cornelia Ott, Jason Knox-Johnston and Shira Hockman, whose leadership transformed ambitious ideas into buildable realities. Finally, to the remarkable artists at the Art of Direction, led by concept supervisor Virginie Bourdin. Their work helped visualize an entire future before a single wall had been built. As a young designer, I was in awe of the remarkable team of artists who designed and built the world of Alien. I never imagined I would one day contribute to the universe they created. What struck me most during the production of Alien: Earth was that each month spent rebuilding that world deepened my admiration for the original designers. Their work remains astonishing. If our contribution succeeds, it is because we treated that legacy not as a constraint but as an inspiration. The future Ridley Scott imagined in 1979 still has extraordinary places to explore.
