ccc E L PASO ccc There's a grounded feeling to meetings in El Paso. Your program has approximately 133,000 sq. ft. of flexible space at the Judson F. Williams/El Paso Convention Center, where a column-free exhibit hall and thought- fully arranged meeting rooms support a natu- ral flow between general sessions and break- outs. The Hotel Paso del Norte and Stanton House keep your room blocks nearby, with additional downtown properties keeping everything connected, walkable, and easy to manage. Plan your program around spaces like the Plaza Theatre, the El Paso Museum of Art, and the El Paso Museum of History, where art, performance, and history create continuity. The Franklin Mountains rise in the distance beyond downtown, offering a natural visual foundation. The city's cultural connec- tion to the legacy of Buffalo Soldiers and broader Black military and migration stories adds meeting dimension, while community events and Juneteenth celebrations allow engagement with the city's layered history. Host an evening in a historic theater, create a museum-centered experience that sparks discussion, or take your attendees on guided outdoor excursions that shift perspective and pace. Activities like hiking in fresh air and moments of stillness become part of the rhythm, and evenings settle into grounded vibrancy, with authentic dining, live music, and gathering spaces that invite conversation. For associations, government groups, and cultural organizations, El Paso offers substance. Your meeting is shaped by a destination that knows who it is and invites your attendees to experience it fully. www.visitelpaso.com or (915) 534-0647 ccc FORT WORT H ccc Fort Worth keeps things close, but never small. The Fort Worth Convention Center (FWCC) is currently under renovation with Phase 1 completed in December 2025 and Phase 2 scheduled to begin October 2026. The finished renovations will nearly double capacity. As of now, FWCC embraces your pro- gram with more than 230,000 sq. ft. of event space, including a 28,000-square-foot ball- room, 28 breakout rooms, a large exhibit hall, and an arena that can hold over 13,000 attendees. The Fort Worth Water Gardens are right outside, a visual District offers a hand-selected, neighborhood feel for dine-arounds and smaller group experiences. Klyde Warren Park softens the edges of downtown with green space and gathering points, while the AT&T Discovery District adds a contemporary, tech-forward backdrop for connected social events. Dallas works best when you want range: corporate precision by day, cultural texture by night. It's a city that meets you where you are now and shows you where it's going next. www.visitdallas.com or (214) 571-1000 B M & T ••• May/June 2026 ••• www.blackmeetingsandtourism.com 22 Ft.
