A talented comedy editor, Maloney brings an innate sense of humor and razor-sharp storytelling instincts to the bi-coastal edit house. Maloney has cut projects for brands that include Kayak, DoorDash and FedEx. He's also edited more traditional films for brands like Ring and Etsy, as well as documentary-style spots for Jim Beam, Lincoln Motor Company, Visa and Verizon. OLIVER BRIERLEY Harbor has appointed re-recording mixer Oliver Brierley to its global sound roster. He is based in London and brings more than 20 years of experience across film and television. Brierley is widely respected for his creative sensi- tivity, technical precision and ability to shape sound in service of story. His credits include the Apple TV+ Original Bad Sisters, Disney+/Hulu's Rivals, Wicked Little Letters and Heads of State, alongside episodic work on Nightsleeper, The Rig, Domina and Intergalactic. Brierley was part of the BAFTA-winning sound team for Downton Abbey and Tsunami: The Aftermath. He has also received nominations from the Cinema Audio Society (CAS), the Motion Picture Sound Editors (MPSE) and Primetime Emmy Awards. MATTHEW HILBER Nomad in Los Angeles recently added Matthew Hilber to its roster of editors. He brings experience working on projects that range from heartfelt and resonant to outright hilarious. A Portland-native, Hilber began his career at Joint, Wieden+Kennedy's editorial arm, where he worked for 15 years, cutting spots for Nike, Coca-Cola, Old Spice and KFC. Highlights include a TurboTax Super Bowl commercial starring Humpty Dumpty, and Tough Love for P&G, which aired during the Paralympic Games and won a Cannes Silver Lion. His recent credits include Emmy-winning spots for Fox Sports, Chili's, Amazon, Lowe's and State Farm. STEVE FORDE Maxon, the German maker of software solutions for creators working in 2D & 3D design, motion graphics and visual effects, has appointed Steve Forde chief product officer at the company. He will lead Maxon's global product organization, and brings a combina- tion of entrepreneurial vision and operational scale to the team. Forde has held senior leadership roles at Adobe and Amazon. Earlier in his career, he founded and led two successful startups, including GridIron Software, where he oversaw the development of plug-ins for Adobe After Effects, giving him his first introduction to working closely with the Maxon team back in 2007. PAUL ALLIA Picture Shop has added senior colorist Paul Allia to its team in Toronto. He transitions from Picture Shop's Los Angeles-based facilities, bringing more than two decades of experience in color finishing for high-pro- file episodics and feature films. Allia's portfolio includes work on the Emmy Award- winning series The Pitt (HBO Max), The Cleaning Lady (Fox), and Rabbit Hole and Happy Face (Paramount+). He will be based out of Picture Shop's new facility at 30 Adelaide Street East in downtown Toronto and remains available for international collaborations. ELAN DASSANI Elan Dassani has joined Ingenuity Studios as a VFX supervisor, bringing extensive hands-on experience in visual effects production, on-set supervision and creative collaboration. His career includes VFX leader- ship across major episodic and feature projects, with credits spanning Scandal and How to Get Away with Murder, as well as all seasons of the USA hit Suits. Ingenuity Studios is headquartered in Los Angeles, but also has offices in New York, Vancouver, London and Atlanta. Dassani is capable of overseeing the entire VFX process, from script and storyboard through final delivery. He works closely with directors, producers and supervisors to translates a creative vision to artists, offering technical solutions and ensuring seamless integration of effects on-time and on-budget. TROY CHARBONNET Creative editor/storyteller Troy Charbonnet has joined Modern Post in Los Angeles, bringing with him a diverse body of work that spans advertising, music and culture-driven narratives. Charbonnet has collab- orated with Apple, Spotify, Mercedes-Benz, Adidas and Nike, and has also edited visuals for artists such as Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak. His work on Silk Sonic's Leave the Door Open earned an MTV VMA for Best Editing. Originally from Irvine, CA, Charbonnet received his BFA in film production from Chapman University and has been editing professionally since 2017. Some of his additional credits include work for Harry Styles, Sabrina Carpenter, Lauryn Hill and Tate McRae. PETER GANNON Peter Gannon, whose resume includes leading the music departments at agencies such as Ogilvy, Wieden + Kennedy, and McCann Worldwide, has joined Invisible Art in New York City as partner, cre- ative director and music supervisor. He brings nearly two decades of award-winning music production expertise to the year-old boutique music company. Gannon's work is rooted in an avant-garde classical music conservatory edu- cation, combined with a career as a composer, sound designer and indie film music supervisor.
