It's Tax Time! Do You Have All The Documents You Need?
Although the DGA sends members' residuals to the most current address on file at the Guild, W-2s (Wage and
Tax Statement forms) are sent directly to the members by the entities that have written those checks. However, the
studio or payroll house may not have the most current address for a member. If you are missing a W-2 form, or need
to change your address so future W-2s will be delivered to the correct address, please consult the chart below for
Change of Address fax lines and/or W-2 Hotlines for several studios and payroll houses. If the company issuing
your W-2 is not on the list, please call their main number.-

Reviewers Needed for DGA Student Spotlight Awards
Help usher in the future! The DGA is seeking volunteers to serve as
reviewers for the 2026 Student Spotlight Awards for Underrepresented
Directors. Formerly known as the DGA Student Film Awards, this program
has served as a launching point and recognized past winners such as
Director Jon M. Chu, current DGA Board member Nicole Kassell, Board
Alternate Patricia Riggen and 2025 DGA Theatrical Feature Film Award
nominee Ryan Coogler.
This long tradition of recognizing the incredible work of student filmmakers from marginalized communities has been made possible with the
help of DGA members who vet the submissions before a blue-ribbon panel reviews the top-rated submissions to choose the winners.
Registration to serve as a reviewer is now open. By signing up, you are agreeing to review short films submitted by students to the DGA.
Submissions are packaged and sent to reviewers digitally for viewing within a set window of time. Members signing up to review should
ensure they will have time to participate in a review process remotely the first two weeks of April 2026.
