O R G 9 The 2025 CAS Holiday Mixer and General Membership Meeting was held on a moderately warm (for December) night at the wonderful Game Changer Brewhouse in Sherman Oaks, California. It was a great way for CAS members to see old friends and colleagues who may not have been able to connect in person recently. Complimentary valet service allowed guests to jump right into the festivities upon arrival. In addition to the great cocktails and drinks, the Brewhouse served up a variety of cheerful and delicious bites, alongside some really tasty vegan and vegetarian options. While door prizes were handed out to guests in attendance, there was also a very successful Toys for Tots gift drive that collected many great gifts. The philanthropic side of the CAS is one we should all be proud of as members, and bringing some extra cheer to families in need always feels great. I had an amazing time catching up with other CAS members and it reminded me of how lucky I am to be part of such an amazing collective of truly talented and dedicated sonic professionals. Thanks to all of those who put this fantastic event together and for all of those who were able to attend. I look forward to what the CAS has in store for its members in 2026!
