THE SAG-AFTR A FOUNDATION'S MASTERCLASSES
offer performers a rare, front-row look at the cra at the highest level. Each session brings top
casting directors, directors and acclaimed actors into a room with 100 to 150 performers, where
a select group receives live redirects designed to elevate their work. Every Masterclass also
features a conversation about the instructor's creative process, followed by an audience Q&A.
Masterclasses are available to SAG-AFTRA members at no cost.
Recent instructors include Uzo Aduba, Jason Alexander, F. Murray Abraham, Adam Arkin, Cindy
Tolan, Susan Shopmaker, Rachel Tenner, Lucy Bevan and Margery Simkin. Since launching in 2024,
the Masterclass series has served thousands of SAG-AFTRA members in Los Angeles and New York.
