Dodd Vickers/LMGI
Georgia native Dodd Vickers, a
seasoned location manager, has
left his mark on more than 60
film and television productions,
crafting iconic backdrops for hits
like
Cobra Kai, The Walking Dead,
Prisoners, Blended, Brockmire,
Den of Thieves
and Jackpot. His
Hollywood destiny was sealed
early on when a fortune cookie
at a scout lunch boldly predicted,
"You will make a name for yourself in the
entertainment industry." And make a name
he did!
After studying architecture at Georgia
Tech and soaring through the skies with
the Army's 24th Aviation Battalion, Dodd's
Hollywood journey began by chance. When
the feature film
Wanderlust set up shop
on his family's farm, he dove headfirst into
location management, realizing he'd found
his true calling.
A proud member of the Television Academy
and LMGI, Dodd's passion for storytelling
extends to every facet of his work. When
he's not shaping cinematic worlds or
dreaming of tiki huts and sandy shores,
Dodd resides near Atlanta with his wife,
Taylor, their son, Jordan, and a few lucky
rescue pets, soaking up lake life whenever
he can.
