J A N U A R Y 2 0 2 6 I 9 9 Are You Up-To-Date Online? Start the new year off right by making sure the Guild has your updated contact information in order to keep you fully informed about the latest DGA news and events. Take advantage of the ability to customize your email preferences to receive information tailored to your interests. Make sure your membership information is up-to-date. Each year, the Guild sends out emails reminding our members to make sure their contact information is up-to-date. This helps to ensure the proper delivery of all other Guild communications – including currently available Awards season screeners and screening notices. You can make sure your information is current and correct at any time, in three easy steps: 1. Log in to the DGA Website and click on the "Account Settings" link. 2. Click the "Address Settings" tab to review your print address and mailing preferences and to make changes if necessary. You may also choose to share your private address information with the DGA Health and Pension plans with the click of a button. 3. Also be sure to click on the "Overview" and "Profile" tabs to verify or update your other contact information and personal attributes on file. (e.g., ethnicity, email address, production center, credits, etc.) Please take this opportunity to review which contact information you have selected to be publicly available on your online member profile for potential employers, and which information is private (for Guild use only). Pay Dues, Report Earnings and Add Yourself to an Availability List Online. Remember you can also always use the website to pay your dues and report your earnings via your secure online account. DGA AD/UPM and AD/SM/PA Members can also take advantage of the DGA Availability Lists to inform prospective employers of Assistant Directors and Unit Production Managers, and Associate Directors, Stage Managers and Production Associates whose names are on the appropriate Qualification List, are available for hire and how those members can be contacted. Customize your email subscriptions. In an effort to better serve our membership, the DGA has added the ability to opt-in to specific Committee, Event, eBilling and Awards email groups to provide greater flexibility in the amount and types of email you receive from the Guild. To make use of this new function, navigate to the "Email Settings" edit screen on the "Overview" tab, and check the boxes for the email groups that you would like to subscribe to. Detailed instructions on how to use these and other DGA website functions are available in the "About this Site" link located in the menu at the bottom of every page of www.dga.org. If you require login assistance or have any questions, please call the Web Support line at (310) 289-2082 (Mon-Fri, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Pacific) or email dgawebsupport@dga.org.
