Costanzo has been part of the New York City film community since 1981. He is a freelance Foley artist, and has worked with C5 Sound, SOS Post, Warner Bros. and Disney. His recent projects include the feature Mary Poppins Returns and the TV series The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and She's Gotta Have It. Marko has over 600 credits, including 4 wins and 13 nominations. George A. Lara The Last Footstep: Saying Goodbye to the C5 Foley House George A. Lara has dedicated over 40 years to the world of sound and film, beginning in 1985 at Red Apple Studios in NYC as an assistant music engineer. In 1986, he started working for Sound One Studios in NYC where he learned the art of Foley recording from re-recording mixer Michael Barry, Foley artists Elisha Birnbaum and Marko Costanzo. After 14 years, he moved to a new venture to collaborate at C5 Inc. with partner Marko Costanzo. He is recognized in over 600 credits including 5 wins and 18 nominations. David Barber MPSE The Last Footstep: Saying Goodbye to the C5 Foley House David Barber is a supervising sound editor and re- recording mixer. During his 22-year career, he has logged over 225 credits in feature films and television shows. He is a 15-time nominee and 3-time winner of the MPSE Golden Reel Award and is the current President of the Motion Picture Sound Editors. Steve Lee MPSE Treg Brown: The Sonic Genius Behind the Looney Tunes Steve Lee has had a career in film sound for over 30 years, contributing sounds and voices to many films, including The Lion King, Apollo 13, and A Goofy Movie. He is featured in several documentaries sharing sound history, including RoboDoc: The Creation of RoboCop and The Wilhelm Scream. He is the founder of The Hollywood Sound Museum, which recently completed its six-month residency in Glendale … and is currently developing a new installation in Hollywood. He also works with Soundcrafter and other Austin-based crews. Editorial credits include works directed by Richard Linklater, Robert Rodriguez, and David Gordon Green, among many others. Recently, he updated his studio to support Dolby Atmos mixing and has expanded into 360 spatial audio for VR. Since 2018, Korey has also been a lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin, Department of Radio, Television and Film, where he teaches post sound. He has been an active member of MPSE since 2017. Perry La Marca MPSE Joseph DeBeasi: The Emotionality of Music Editing Perry is a member of the Board of Directors of the MPSE. A film and television composer, he also teaches media scoring courses at California State University, Long Beach. Some of his scoring credits include Big Hero 6: The Series, The Sarah Silverman Program and arrangements of award-winning songs featured in Nickelodeon's Penguins of Madagascar, just to name a few. Peter Albrechtsen MPSE Oriol Tarragó: Building a Universe With Sound Peter Albrechtsen is a Danish sound designer, re-recording mixer and music supervisor working on both Scandinavian and international feature films and documentaries. Credits include Evil Dead Rise, the acclaimed indie film Omaha and the Oscar-nominated documentaries A House Made of Splinters and The Cave. He is a member of the MPSE Board of Directors and has been nominated for seven Golden Reel Awards. Jenny Ward MPSE Akihiko Okase: Sound Measured Against Silence Tim Prebble: The Music of Sound Jenny Ward is an Australian sound editor whose work has been recognised with many national and international nominations and awards. In 2016, she was inducted as a Life Member of the Australian Screen Editors Guild (which she co-founded), and received the prestigious Gold Honour Badge from the Media Entertainment and Arts Alliance (Australia's film union) in 2017. Jenny continues to proudly advocate for her colleagues as a Board member of the Motion Picture Industry Benevolent Society. Teresa Morrow MPSE VFF and MPSE PRESENTS The 40th Anniversary of BACK TO THE FUTURE MPSE, SAE Institute Mexico & Tonebenders Host Mexico City Teresa is a re-recording mixer, editor and sound supervisor for animated series, documentary films and audiobooks. She is also an associate producer and occasional co-host of Tonebenders Sound Design Podcast. Timothy Muirhead MPSE Tonebenders Sound Design Meet Up in London MPSE, SAE Institute Mexico & Tonebenders Host Mexico City Based in Toronto, Timothy Muirhead is a Board member with MPSE and a supervising sound editor focusing on animated series. With sound work on over 750 episodes of animation on his CV, Tim has been the driving force behind the sound of the international mega-hit children's franchise, PAW Patrol, in addition to many other animated shows. In 2012, Timothy launched the Tonebenders Sound Design Podcast and has been its producer and host for over 285 episodes now. Tonebenders covers the sonic artists behind our favourite films, games and series, by featuring over 460 sound people as guests over the years. Garrett Montgomery MPSE GameSoundCon Recap Garrett Montgomery is an award-winning audio professional with over 25 years of experience in sound design, editing, mixing, and dialogue production. He has contributed to 200+ video games and numerous projects in film, TV, and advertising, working with industry leaders like Microsoft, Sony, WB, and 2K. A four-term MPSE Board member, he chairs the Game Audio and Website committees and oversees the MPSE Wavelength Game Audio Annual Fall Editions. His work has earned 10 MPSE Golden Reel nominations and a Golden Reel win in 2025. In 2017, he founded Pacific Coast Audio Post (PCAP), specializing in audio production, primarily for video games. Matias Caldarella MPSE Tech Corner Matias Caldarella is an Argentine sound designer, dialogue editor, and re-recording mixer for features & TV with nearly two decades of experience. He has also contributed to countless trailers and branding projects, continuously pushing his sound post-production career and skills forward with new tools and challenges.
