104 M PS E . O R G ameSoundCon 2025 once again brought together the global game-audio community for two days of learning, collaboration, and inspiration. Through its hybrid format, the event continues to break barriers and expand access for sound professionals worldwide. Now in its seventeenth year, GameSoundCon reaffirmed why it remains the premier annual gathering for professionals and students in game audio. The conference's hybrid model allowed participants to attend either in person at the Marriott Burbank Airport Convention Center in Burbank, California, or remotely online. Both in-person and virtual attendees enjoyed live sessions, real-time text chat, and access to recordings for up to twelve months. The format continues to demo- cratize learning, offering opportunities for professionals across all regions and disciplines to connect and grow.
