It's a simple truth, and it's at the heart
of AEA's professional development
programming.
As the new school year began, AEA
re-launched our statewide virtual cohorts
— educator-led spaces where members
connect with colleagues in the same or
similar roles.
ese cohorts are safe, collaborative
communities designed to help members
share real-time solutions to the issues
we face every day, learn new strategies
and best practices, and connect with a
supportive network of peers across the
state.

Practicing Language For Your Profession
is fall, AEA re-launched our "Practice Language for Your Profession"
series with monthly in-person and virtual workshops to help members build,
strengthen, and improve their Spanish skills for their work as educators.
roughout the series, we'll explore effective strategies to apply and utilize
Spanish with students, parents, and community members. Participants must
be members and have some knowledge of the Spanish language.
